Return Policy
All products sold by Gamer Decor are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for your order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will happily offer a free replacement.
To start this process, please contact us at Support@gamerdecor.store within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the product showing the defect or damage.
Once we receive this information, our team will review the claim and work with you to arrange a replacement.
No Returns or Exchanges for Other Reasons
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as:
- "Buyer’s remorse" or a change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- Shipping delays.
We recommend checking our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
